Choosing the right medical practice is an important decision. Our complimentary consultation gives you the opportunity to get to know us, understand our approach, and see whether Zen Medical Clinic feels like the right fit for your care.

This visit is calm, unhurried, and focused entirely on you—your concerns, your goals, and what you’re looking for in a provider. No pressure. No obligation. Just a welcoming space to explore whether our style of care aligns with what you need.

What the Complimentary Consultation Includes

Your experience begins gently and simply. When you schedule—either online or by phone—your first contact will be with our Patient Care Coordinator (PCC). During this 5-20 minute conversation, (time depending on how many questions you have) your PCC will learn what’s bringing you in, answer initial questions, and help determine which type of visit best supports your needs. From there, you’ll be scheduled with a licensed medical provider for your 15-minute complimentary consultation.

This consultation may be held in person or via telehealth and is designed to be calm, unrushed, and welcoming. During this visit, you and your provider will:

  • Discuss your current health concerns, priorities, and wellness goals

  • Explore whether our primary care and integrative medicine model aligns with what you’re looking for

  • Review how our membership options work and what each level includes

  • Determine whether Zen Medical Clinic is the right match for your ongoing care

This visit is not a medical appointment—it is a conversation.
Its purpose is to ensure clarity, alignment, and comfort so that you can make a confident, pressure-free decision about your next steps.
